Industrial HVLS fans, PMSM systems and evaporative cooling equipment for demanding large-space applications.
Evaporative Cooling & Ventilation
Cooling Pads System
RTFANS supplies evaporative cooling pad systems for agricultural, greenhouse, livestock and industrial ventilation applications. Cooling media, water circulation and installation components are configured according to the installation dimensions, ventilation requirements and application.
Key Engineering Highlights
Continuous wetted cooling media with water distribution, collection and return components
5090 and 7090 evaporative cooling media for different airflow and equipment requirements
Project-based system dimensions matched to the installation opening and cooling pad area
Suitable configurations for greenhouse, poultry, livestock and industrial ventilation projects
Aerodynamic & Airflow Sizing Principles
A complete fan-and-pad system combines wetted cooling media with controlled airflow. Exhaust fans draw warm outside air through the pads while water evaporation absorbs heat. Actual performance depends on airflow, air velocity, pad depth, outdoor temperature, relative humidity and the overall system design.

Cooling Pads System
Evaporative Cooling Pad 5090
The RTFANS KA-5090 evaporative cooling pad uses a fine 5 mm flute structure and 45°/45° flute angle for effective air-to-water contact. Available in 50, 100 and 150 mm depths with custom dimensions for evaporative coolers, ventilation systems and OEM equipment.
RTFANS Evaporative Cooling Pad 7090 is structured honeycomb wet-pad media for evaporative air coolers and pad-and-fan cooling systems, with configurable dimensions for project-specific installations.
Complete evaporative cooling pad system for greenhouse, poultry, livestock and industrial ventilation applications, with water circulation and installation components configured to project requirements.
RTFANS industrial exhaust fans for factories, workshops, greenhouses, poultry houses and livestock buildings, with model options from 15,000 to 38,000 m³/h.
